Venky Narasiah

Venky Narasiah is an MBA (gold medalist) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), and holds CPA, FCPA (Australia) and CFA charter. He is also a Certified Mediator (level 4) with SIMI and a volunteer mediator with CMC and State Courts (Criminal). A banker with more than 30 years of experience, Venky has in-depth knowledge of the banking business & infrastructure.

He managed Diabetes Singapore, an IPC charity, as its Executive Director where he designed strategies and implemented programs for the community, in partnership with the Government (MOH/HPB), community (PA), pharma companies, and healthcare providers.

Venky has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology and is in the process of applying for registration with the SAC (Singapore Association for Counselling). He is also a certified coach with ICF (ACC).

Venky is a practicing Vedic Astrologer, after having qualified as Jyotisha Ratna (Essentials of Jyotisha) and Jyotisha Prabhakara (Advanced Jyotisha) from the American College of Vedic Astrology and is a member of its Faculty. He has used his analytical strength and gift in mathematics to understand the science of Astrology and is fully invested in helping individuals gain insight into their relationships, career, and life-path using astrology. He is proficient in Vedic Counselling having completed Integral Vedic Counseling: Foundation Course (American Institute of Vedic Studies).

Smitha Venkatesh

Smitha Venkatesh is a  registered counsellor and teacher with more than 25 years of experience in various countries, including India, Taiwan, Australia, and Singapore. Fostering better human relationships and communication is her passion and area of expertise. She believes in that most of us have the power to help and heal ourselves, given the support and direction.

She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology and a Masters of Guidance and Counselling from James Cook University and is registered with the SAC (Singapore Association for Counselling).

She also holds  a BA (Hons) and Masters’ degree in English Literature from Delhi University, and a B Psychology (Hons) from James Cook University.

She is also an Accredited Mediator with SIMI and on the panel of CMC and has worked for various organizations, like Bombay (now Mumbai) University, The Times of India, the Australian Govt. Dept. of Foreign Affairs and Trade and International Schools in Singapore.
